We are excited to share that our grant proposal, “CAREER：Water-Soluble Metallofullerene Derivatives with Defined Structures and Tailorable Functions” is funded by the NSF CAREER Award.
With the support of $700k over 5 years, this project will utilize our modular “metallobuckytrio”” (MBT) platform to synthesize of a family of structurally defined water-soluble EMF derivatives with desirable properties via judicious selection of ligands.
